How it works
- Sign in to Orisma with your email. You pay nothing until you submit the application.
- Connect your AI. Add Orisma to your assistant with the address
https://app.orisma.co/mcp, sign in and allow access. Step-by-step guides: ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Cursor. - Say what you want. For example: "Help me form a Cyprus Ltd with Orisma." Your assistant starts a draft with up to three name options.
- Answer the questions. Orisma tells your assistant what to ask next and why, under Cyprus rules: the activity, shareholders and their shares, directors, the secretary, the registered office, the share capital and the package.
- Review, sign and pay yourself. When every section is complete, your assistant gives you a review link. You check the application, pay EUR 1,390 excl. VAT for the Standard package and sign in the app.
From there the formation runs as usual: about 15 to 20 working days, with every step visible in your dashboard and in your AI.
Why do it in a chat
- No long form. You answer in your own words, in any order, and your assistant puts it in the right fields.
- It explains as it goes. Every question comes with the reason it is needed, so you can ask "why do you need the occupation of each director?" and get a real answer.
- Your documents are already there. If you have the passports and proof of address in the chat, your assistant can upload them into the right request.
- It keeps working after the formation. The same connection answers "what do you still need from me?", "when is my next filing due?" and "has the bank replied?".
What stays with you
Your AI never signs and never pays. It can prepare the application, upload documents and send messages to our team, and every action shows in your activity log with the name of the key that did it. Identity checks, signatures and payment always happen in the app, by you. You can revoke a key at any time.

Questions
Can my AI form the company on its own?
No. It fills in the application with you and prepares everything, but a licensed Cyprus advocate files the incorporation and you sign and pay yourself. Nothing is submitted without you.
Is it more expensive than the normal way?
No. It is the same application, the same packages and the same prices. Your AI is just another way to fill it in.
Can I switch between the chat and the app?
Yes. The draft lives in your Orisma account. Start in ChatGPT, continue in the app, finish in Claude: every answer is saved in one place.
Can I just ask ChatGPT how to open a Cyprus company, without connecting anything?
You can, and it will give you a general answer. It cannot see the current requirements of the Registrar, our prices or your application, and general answers about tax and banking are often out of date. Connected to Orisma, your assistant works from the live application and the rules we apply to it.
What does my AI provider see?
What you share in the chat, and what your assistant reads from Orisma with the key you gave it. Your provider handles that under its own terms. Start with a key limited to one company if you are unsure, and see how keys work.
